- We promise an exceptional plains game hunting safari. Family owned and managed, we have extensive knowledge in the hunting and hospitality fields. We offer hunters, couples and families a hunting and vacation experience of a lifetime.
- We only take a limited number of hunters in a year offering you our personal attention throughout your safari with us. We still believe in the adventure of hunting, the thrill of walking and stalking an animal, of discovering something new and unknown. We like it wild and our properties are large wildlife areas with no internal fences.

A South Africa hunting package for 4 members of the Tiny Ten group of Africa’s smallest antelope. Add more Tiny Ten antelope – blue duiker, cape grysbuck, oribi and red duiker or swap out those who’ve already hunted. Small predators and creatures – caracal, aardwolf, jackal, bat eared fox, bushpig and genet can also be added to this package. We’re flexible – consult us on your perfect small antelope and predator hunt. The hunt takes place at Karoo Wild Lodge in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. The lodge exudes a quiet luxury and is family friendly. Day tours to visit non-hunting attractions are available for hunters and observers. Multi day add-on tours are available. Haaspoort Lodge
Haaspoort Lodge is a comfortable four-star graded (Tourism Grading Council of South Africa) lodge nestled in the Winterhoek mountains. This unique accommodation is offered in four privately located, thatched en-suite chalets complete with generous bathrooms, free-standing baths, indoor and outdoor showers and timber decks overlooking the river. Each chalet has king size beds and tea/coffee facilities. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the camp. Haaspoort Lodge serves wholesome traditional meals. Lindsay encourages guests to try her venison specialities. Local South African wines are well represented in our bar. The surrounding mountains envelop the camp giving you a feeling of total remoteness and tranquility. Guests enjoy meals that are served at the thatched lapa and bar. Swap the days hunting stories under the star-studded Karoo skies alongside a roaring campfire.

Hunting Trip of a Lifetime
Recently I was fortunate to conducted a week-long hunting trip through Karoo Wild Safaris with two friends. We traveled to he Eastern Cape direct from Frankfurt, Germany to Port Elizabeth, ZA. The outfitter, owned and operated by Victor Watson, picked us up in PE himself and drove us to base camp in Kleinpoort. Throughout the experience, we had Victor and Arnold acting as our Professional Hunters (PH) to accompany us, spot animals, track animals, and ensure our safety. We had a wide variation in hunting experience between the three of us, ranging from zero experience to 15 years of hunting experience. Both Victor and Arnold were incredibly helpful in order to make the week an magnificent adventure and accommodate all levels of experience. On day one, within two hours of arriving at the base camp, we set to sighting-in our firearms and began the first stock of the hunt - a successfully zebra trophy. Ours PHs proved to be incredibly knowledgeable and flexible throughout the week, with each of us successfully hunting and taking trophies for every animal we sought out. Victor's staff of trackers, chefs, and maids, made everyday a relaxing and comfortable stay. The company and food at camp are of such high quality, you never want to leave. I would highly recommend Karoo Wild Safaris to anyone who wants a true hunting experience in South Africa.

Victor and his team did everything for an unforgetable hunting trip to South Afrika. The high density of different species was great. The camp offered everything we needed and we would recommend this outfitter to everyone.
