- Dagestan Tur hunting is considered to be one of the most difficult mountain hunts. East-Caucasian Tur is included both in Capra and OVIS Slams that’s why it is very important as a mountain trophy. We can accept groups from 1 to 7 hunters at the same time but each hunter will be accompanied by 2-3 hunting guides and will be hunting separately from the other clients in fly camp. Normally hunting lasts 5 days. The first and the last days you usually spend at the base camp in a big house with hot and cold running water. When you have a rest the guides take care of your trophy and prepare for further transportation.

Azerbaijan is the best destination for Dagestan (Eastern) Tur hunt. This stalking (also driven if necessary) hunt is conducted on steep Caucasus Mountains at 8,500 – 10,000 feet (2,700 -3,100m). Each client is guided by 2 guides and hikes 3-4 hours from the base camp to the tented fly camp and stays there until he gets his trophy. In some places it is possible to use horses. Hunters should be in good physical condition for this hunt. Base camps are clean and comfortable hunting lodges and located at 5,800 feet (2,000m). Generators are used for power in the base camps. Average trophy is 32“(81cm). Shooting distance 250 -350 yards (100 -300 m). After the hunt the trophy is boiled, cleaned and prepared to be taken home (so why we need prepare all documents.

Upon arrival to Baku you will be met by our representative who will take care of customs formalities. After that he will transfer you by car first, then by 4x4 vehicle to the base camp. At the the base camp you will be met by staff and interpreter.

- If there was no opportunity for Tur - refund $900 (if hunter didn't see any tur, or bad weather during 5 days)
- No refund after 3 missing and also if the animal is wounded.
