River Song Cottage
The main lodge was built in European style, where 2 rooms (one with 2 single beds, one with queen size bed) with en suite bathroom. In the main house an apartment can be found with 1 double and 1 single bad, lounge with open fire place. We have got satellite telephone system, on the entire farm is cell phone reception. Wi-Fi available.

Bush lodge
The African style Bush camp, which is situated in the middle of our farm, 10 km far from the main lodge, consists of 3 separate chalets each with toilet, basin and shower en suite, 8 beds in total. The building material is all from the surrounding area; river rocks, endemic woods and thatch. This lodge is fully equipped. For cooking and dining we built a separate chalet which has an included dining area, a bar, a guest toilet and a kitchen with stove/oven and refrigerator, all cooking utensil you need, as well plenty dishes. For the cosines the camp is fenced in. Although the camp is electrified you have the choice to create a very special atmosphere by lighting the numerous petrol lamps.
The Bush lodge can be booked for self catering to non hunting clients for EURO 60,00 for 2 people per night.

Our guest get picked up by a very reliable transport company, who brings them to our lodge. Flights arriving later than 15.00 will be picked up only the following morning. We speak Afrikaans as well.

Stornierung
- A deposit of 50 % of the daily rate (Accommodation and hunting day rates) has to be paid.
- 20% immediately to an European account to secure the booking.
- The balance of 30% of the daily rate must get paid at least 8 weeks before arrival (in total 50%).
- The balance of the total daily rate and trophies must get paid cash at the day of departure.
- No credit card or bank check accepted.
- 20% deposit not refundable.
- Cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival 80% of the 30% refund but all deposits can get transferred to another person or can get used for future safari (up to 12 month)
- Payment must be done in cash or by traveler check on the day of departure.
- We recommend clients to take out a travellers insurance in case of trip cancellation due to any reasons.
