The camp atmosphere was similar to a Wisconsin hunting camp, which was nice. The guides tried to stay positive for the most part, even though the group didn’t see many moose.
Not what I was exactly expecting. Was hoping to see more wildlife, and the occasional moose. I wish our guide would have been more aggressive a few days towards the end of the hunt. We spent 9 of the 10 days trying to call them out of where they thought the moose were. We got more aggressive on the last day and ended up seeing 1 moose during the last hour of a 10 day hunt, unfortunately I did not get a shot. 2 out of the 4 hunters didn’t even see a moose until the 7th day. Also, I would not recommend buying the extra whitetail tag…I only saw 1 whitetail buck in 10 days and no one else in our camp killed one. I was hoping for more, but ultimately left unsatisfied. It’s a big gamble on maybe a 10 second window at 1 moose.

Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, food, and evening discussions. The guides knew the area very well and absolutely amazed at the instincts as to where the moose were. Both guides were positive and encouraging on the days hunting was tough, but the commitment from the guides was always up-beat and positive. The care for the game during retrieval, cleaning, and transportation was of high priority, which was greatly appreciated. Guidance was provided for preparation for crossing the Canadian boarder and what to expect. Definitely a place I'd go back to!!
I cannot think of anything that was missing during this hunt! For myself and my buddy our expectations were exceeded and fulfilled.

From the day of arrival to the departure date everything was as discussed,no surprises, the guides were very knowledgeable of the area we hunted and made every effort to put you in the position for that shot opportunity you came for. The guides took prompt care of the game once harvested, the meals were good and the sleeping accommodations were comfortable, the guides were very personable and hard working at giving you the best wilderness moose hunting experience.

Accommodations for a remote camp were beyond expectations. Guide experience was top notch. We had a great camp and hunting experience. Clayton and Jared did a great job from the first to last hour. Our camp was 4 for 4. Absolutely no disappointments in our group. We can’t thank them enough for the great hunting experience. We look forward to hunting with them again

Great remote location and accommodations. Fantastic hunting experience - this one will be hard to beat. Clayton and Jarid know the area well and are hard working guides. The ultimate Rut Moose hunt. Can’t wait to book our next hunt with Clayton and Tine Ridge Adventures. Thanks again guys!

Whitetail hunt 2023

This was my first true experience of a guided hunt, I’ve only ever hunted in my hometown of New Zealand prior and all self guided mainly on public land for trophies. The experience with Clayton and Amanda was great, nothing was really unexpected. It took the first few days to get used to sitting in a blind, but Clayton was good to break up the days with little bits of walking and checking out new areas. We saw whitetail, elk, moose, mule deer and other animals which were all a first for me.
Unfortunately a lack of snow and unseasonable weather seemed to stop the mature bucks from coming out. Seemed to lots of nocturnal activity

I had an amazing hunt with Clayton! It was my first hunt outside of the United States and he answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We had some close encounters with elk numerous days and even found a wolf! The food and hospitality was top notch. I can’t wait to book my next hunt with Tine Ridge Adventures.
