Exciting Hunt

The hunting is very exciting and unique. We were able to get up and close to the hogs and then after the first shot it was chaos and fun and lots of shooting. But what I want to give them most credit for is helping my legally blind friend. He has enough sight to see and shoot with a scope. They assisted him out on the stalks and got him set up and where he could see the hogs we were shooting at. He had the time of his life. Thanks for making this happen for him.
The communication could improve. Sometimes we had no clue what was going on.

Not going to Texas as a young man. Johnny gave me that chance at redemption, and made me feel like a friend and my son's like family.

Taylor and Johnny made every effort to put us in the perfect opportunity to get a great Tom. Despite the weather not cooperating, we still were able to get on the birds. Can't wait to get back for another hunt.

Hospitality is outstanding and PH is knowledgeable. Friendly staff, good conversations, and willingness to go above and beyond to make your experience fun. Plenty of hogs and shot opportunities, day or night.
Nothing bad to say about my experience. The only downside of my hunt was familiarity with my new night vision equipment and lack of experience shooting from a blind. Blinds don't offer a lot of room for a dead rest. Practice with your equipment and shooting from positions other than a dead rest will go a long way to success. But that's hunting.

A hog hunt to remember!

The hunt was awesome and the land is beautiful We had Corey and Evan as our guides, they are very knowladgeable about not only the pigs, but other animals and all the locations to find them. They made us feel safe and confident in them. Rita and John also have the cabin/lodge set up very nicely. Food was delicious and made it so convenient. They all made us feel at home I will be recommending to all my friends/family. If you want a great all around experience 10/10 recommend Red River Valley Outfitters.

As a busy professional with a practice and 3 kids rrvo provides a dream hunt pursuing the most mature buck possible. I would describe what i was looking for and they will make every effort for that opportunity to become a reality.
The terrain is much different than S.C. and just being there with so much wildlife is incredible
I could not stay longer.

John and his family really went above and beyond to keep us on Birds and made us feel like family. This was my first trip and I'm already working out the details for our next. The # of Turkeys is unreal and whitetail unlike I ever would of imagined for Texas. We truly left with new friends and our limit on turkeys!!
Also after spending a couple days at the farm I can tell you one thing that sets John apart is his extreme passion for growing BIG BUCKS not just selling hunts.

The hospitality was great and they made me feel like family. They have a lot of different set ups so you can hunt multiple locations. The hinting is great and you will see a lot of different wildlife. Great place I go every year.
