Warner: Extremely knowledgeable, took excellent care of me, and appeared to be extremely interested in locating me a bear and working hard to do so.

I cannot say enough good things about Horwood Lake Lodge! From the moment we arrived it was a first class experience! The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, the fishing was excellent, and the hunting was beyond excellent! Cannot wait to go back again!! Book with Horwood Lake Lodge! Horwood Lodge was an incredible location with great guides who knew everything about the bear population and were more than willing to put in the extra effort or leave you to your own devices, dependent on what you preferred. The private cabins were comfortable and the food was abundant and so good. We fished on downtime, talked to great people, and had a fun week. It ended in a successful hunt when I brought home a beautiful black bear. Exactly what you’d want out of a hunting trip.
