Cancellation
- A safari can only be confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit based on 50% of the total daily rate with the balance of the daily rates being paid thirty days prior to the start of the safari.
- Deposits will NOT be refunded unless the hunt is cancelled no less than six months prior to March 1st of the calendar year in which the hunt was booked. In the event of the hunt being cancelled prior to this date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Full and final payment for the safari should be made within two weeks from the end of the safari. Failure of which will incur interest being levied at current credit card rates. +/- 16.40%.
