5 Waterfowl Hunts in 3 Days

Hunt waterfowl in some of the first crop fields the birds see heading south! Depending on the day and where the birds are, we may hunt from a-frame, or layout in a field or chase ducks from boat blinds with mud motors. DGO is lucky to be in the heart of the Saskatchewan River Delta. The largest inland delta in North America! We have tens of thousands of acres of wetlands to hunt! In fields we'd be hunting mallards, Canada and Snow geese. While hunting water we shoot a mixed bag of: mallards, wigeon, blue and green winged teal, gadwall and divers like, scaup, canvas back, redheads, and common golden eye We are absolutely dog friendly and have shot gun rental available. Packages includes: Homemade meals Snacks / drinks Birds processing and freezing Hunt Information: Transportation to and from fields/marsh Experienced guide Decoys and blinds Dates: Sept 20-26 Sept 27- Oct 3 Oct 4-10 Oct 11-17 5 hunts - 3 morning, 2 afternoon (3 day /4 night) **Licenses Tags and Tax included!** FISHING; We fish the Saskatchewan River located about 30 min from camp. Walleye (Pickeral) are the main species caught but you may catch Northern Pike, Sturgeon, moon and gold eye. Hunters may bring their own boat up and fish one of the many trophy lakes in the area, or we'll set you up with a fish guide or add a few full days of fishing to either side of your trip. Low pressured monster Lake Trout, Walleye, and Northern Pike are asking for a fight.
