It is legal to bait for deer in Oregon and we will use that technique if we believe it will increase the hunters success.
High success rate and a lot of great deer!
Tags are over the counter.
There also is a early season archery tag that is a draw tag, great chance at a once in a lifetime black-tail in velvet.
