Daniel and Ashley are the proud owners of Robson Valley Outfitters and are very eager to be your host while you hunt with us! We are located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains where you will find the animals wild and the mountains breath-taking.

Mountain Goat hunting with us is the ultimate spot and stalk adventure. Due to the color and nature of Mountain Goats, finding goats isn’t the challenge but getting to them can be. This factor is what sets us apart from other outfitters. There are not many places that support goats that isn’t rugged and steep, but in this area the forces of nature have made it much easier to get close to them. Backpack hunts for mountain goats are nine (9) day hunts based out of the main camp, spotting is done while hiking or from a vehicle. During this hunt hunters can expect to spike out for a night or two after spotting a billy or just to put themselves into an area that has proven itself in the past. For hunters that are in good physical condition and prefer the independence of not caring for horses then this hunt is the right choice.

Hunt Cabins

All hunts are based out of cabins, wall tents, or lightweight tents as hunt dictates. Hunters hunting out of the main cabin camps may bring as much gear as they feel they need to be comfortable. Hunters on horseback are limited to one duffel, plus rifle and day pack, extra gear will be left at main camp.

Located in McBride, just 130 Miles East of Prince George B.C., we are perfectly positioned. McBride is located 100 miles Northwest of Jasper Alberta, in East Central BC. We have numerous camps strategically located around our 1.6 million acre hunting area. Hunters usually arrive in one of two ways: You can fly directly into Prince George airport from Vancouver BC or Edmonton AB. We will pick you up at the Prince George airport and then drive you to the main lodge in our territory (2 hours drive via paved highway). We will then drop you off at Prince George airport at the end of your hunt. You can drive into Mcbride BC., where we will make arrangements to lead you to our main lodge.
