In case of cancellation of the tour 55 days before its start, the paid deposits are not refunded, but can be transferred to the next year with a 15% deduction. The transfer of the deposit is possible only 1 time, in case of further refusal, the deposit is fully withheld.
In case of cancellation of the tour less than 50 days in advance, payments are non-refundable.

Wounded and not found animal is considered to be taken and must be paid in full.
If the client decides to continue hunting, he will pay for additional trophy accordingly.
In case of shooting refuse from 270 yards, the hunt is considered to be completed.
