Black Bear Spot & Stalk Fall Hunt

Our Fall Bear Hunts take place in Sept and into the second week of October, focused mainly From Sept 1st to Mid October, when the Bears are out full force, Hungry and Feeding to Build fat reserves for Winter and there Coat is prime. We accommodate both the Rifle Hunter and Archer, each having an excellent opportunity to harvest a trophy Black Bear or two! Spot and Stalk Black Bear Hunt’s take place Spring and Fall in our hunting area that includes the Berland, McCloud, Athabasca and Elk River Watersheds were Our Wildlife Management Units are Located. Rolling Hills and Flowing Water best describes this area that is dotted with Reforested Clear Cuts, Pipelines covered in Blueberries and River Ridges that attract these Large Bears of many Colors. Our Guides have hunted this area for Decades and know where and when the best time and places are to Harvest a Beautiful Canadian Black Bear. We hunt these Trophy Bears by covering ground checking Clear-cuts, Pipelines and South facing River Ridges for feeding Bears on OHV’s, and 4x4’s and also utilizing Tree stands, Blinds and predetermined Vantage points for Glassing in areas known for Big Blacks, all producing excellent success rates.
