Often referred to as "the land of a thousand lakes", the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship in northeastern Poland is renowned for its picturesque landscapes and amazing hunting opportunities.

The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship is situated in the northeastern part of Poland, bordering Russia's Kaliningrad Oblast to the northeast and Lithuania to the east. It is surrounded by the Pomeranian and Podlaskie Voivodeships to the west and north, respectively. The major cities in the region include Olsztyn, the capital, as well as Elbląg and Ełk.

Damian, the hunt guide, had excellent insight into where to go hunting, what type of game is available and made it very easy to get the sort of trophy that you are looking for.

There was nothing I disliked.

The accommodations were great, it was a family run hotel in the country, they fed us 4 home cooked meals a day, even if we came back at 10 pm food was waiting. They even did our laundry for us… The hunt manager Stephan is a great guy and helped us a lot. He explained everything and was totally honest. There were no hidden costs, everything is up front. Its a great area to hunt, lots of farm and forest country. Do not expect a high wall canned hunt, this is free range, but there are tons of deer. Every we would hear 10-15 in the roar. Be prepared to walk if you want to be successful. Me and my two sons all got stags (4.5kg, 6.5kg and 9.2kg!). The guides are excellent and really knowledgable, the gun rental is worth the cost, their rifles, optics and thermal equipment are all of the highest quality. If you put in the effort, they will work night and day for you to be successful. I will definitely be coming back…A special shout out to Marek, Damien and the other guides

The only difficulty I had was the language barrier, most of the guides have limited English, make sure you have a translate app and it would be a good idea to learn some simple Polish phrases.

Good wild boar hunting experience

This was my first time wild boar hunting, thus needed a bit of guidance. Marek is a very knowledgable hunting guide with good knowledge on wild boar hunting. He knows the area very well and has a good sense of where the game is moving. He's friendly, courteous and always greets you with a smile. Although Marek's english language skills are not the best, there was no problem communicating with him. Overall the experience was great, it was a true hunting adventure!

As I borrowed a rifle equiped with a thermal scope it might have been good to get familiarised with the gun before going out the first night. Not a big problem, but might have made it slightly easier.

Stefan from Hunt Adventure remembered me from contacting him last season and put together an unforgettable custom hunting experience. Thomas, my guide, went above and beyond to put me in the right place at the right time. Thomas has spent an extensive amount of time becoming familiar with the hunting grounds and this was very obvious. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. The beautiful red stag trophy I harvested will forever bring me fond memories of my experiences and the people I met in Poland. I hope to return to Poland when my son is older so he can enjoy the same experiences.

I enjoyed everything.

Lads commitment, to make sure you have a successful hunt.

I was just a bit unlucky there was not as much game around. But that's hunting for you. Good days and bad.

I liked the scenery, it was very amazing.

No english speaking guide. No hunt from blinds. Paid this price for 2 days hunting (the ad says 3 etc...). Generally did not getting what was promised in the offer.
