We provide 5-star accommodations in our Main Lodge along with a catered dinner by a local chef. The Lodge is extremely large, well furnished, and well appointed. It is located on our 160 acre "in-holding" ranch, which is located 10 miles INSIDE the San Juan National Forest. The nearest town is Mancos -- in. between Durango and Cortez on the map of SW Colorado.

We are conveniently placed between Durango and Telluride just outside of the town of Mancos, Colorado and a short distance from Mesa Verde National Park. The ranch is a 160 acre “in-holding” located 15 miles from Mancos with the last 10 miles being inside the San Juan National Forest. It is about a 25-30 minute drive from town. Mancos is located 27 miles west of Durango and 17 miles east of Cortez. To get here you take Montezuma County Road 42 and follow signs to Jersey Jim Lookout – a 15 mile drive. Our driveway is just past Jersey Jim on the left. There are no addresses in a National Forest so the easiest way to use your GPS is to put in “Jersey Jim Lookout”. That will get you within 100 yards of the driveway. Durango affords the most convenient airport for travelers outside of Colorado flying through Denver. From Mancos it is 50-55 minute drive to the airport, which is 5 miles east of Durango. Telluride is an easy day trip from the ranch. The drive from Mancos is about an hour and a half following Highway 184 to Highway 145, which takes you into Telluride. Mesa Verde National Park is located just 7 miles west of Mancos on Highway 160. A new park Visitor Center is just off the highway. However, from the Visitor Center to the majority of the cliff dwellings is a further 20 mile drive.
