Outfitting has been a passion of mine and I have owned and operated this family business since 1977. Moose hunting has been the majority of our business. I personally guide on all hunts.
We are licensed big game hunting and angling guides. We offer guided hunting trips for Moose, Grizzly Bear, Black Bear, Wolves, Mountain Lion, and Lynx, also hunting for Upland Birds. Our guests can also enjoy wilderness angling for wild rainbow trout, dolly varden, brown trout and sockeye salmon.

About this hunt

Our bear hunts are conducted by four wheel drive, jet boat and foot. Horseback if so desired. Hunts are spot and stalk. Black Bear population is abundant in my area with our hunters seeing up to 50 or more on a seven day hunt. We hunt the southern slopes of hillsides and grass seeded logging roads. This is where the bears go to eat once out of hibernation. Success has been 100%. Most clients choose to take two bears. I have taken a lot of record book bears out of my area. Wolves are also available to harvest. Hunt dates: May 05 - 10 May 12 - 17 May 19 - 24 May 26 - June 1

We have an exclusive hunting area of over 2500 square km. of fine hunting country. We use different methods for hunting, the use of jet boat, small 4 by 4’s, horses, we also have small boats on remote lakes. Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional unforgettable, guided hunting or backcountry fishing adventure.

Accommodations consist of cozy log cabins, both rustic and new with all indoor facilities including showers, fridge's. We serve superb home cooked meals prepared by Lori, for which she is well known. Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

All meat is packed out. There is a local meat locker and custom meat-cutting service in Quesnel where you can have your game meat cut, wrapped and frozen to your specifications. The cost is reasonable but is not included in the price of the hunt.

Cancellation

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your hunt date by phone, email or mail. A contract and liability waiver will be sent to all hunters when the date is chosen to confirm the hunt and what is provided. Deposits will be returned 120 days prior to hunt date if a cancellation occurs. If trip is cancelled after the 120 days, deposit will be forfeited.
