Venture North Outfitting offers a 6 day Guided Wolf Hunts in Alberta, Canada. Hunts are offered January through March when the wolves are more active.
As with all of our hunt packages, we include everything your group needs from lodging, meals, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, airport pickup/dropoff & the licensing required to hunt in Alberta.
Our hunts are in heated pop-up blinds located a few hundred yards from the bait sites. Wolf hunting over baits is a challenging hunt and a lesson in patience. Staying positive & focused as you wait for that shot opportunity in the remote pristine wilderness isn't easy. But when that opportunity comes, it's important to make that first shot count as the rest of the pack will normally circle back looking for the lost pack member, giving you additional opportunities to harvest additional animals on the same day. This is not a one animal per permit hunt.

Each of your home cooked meals will be made in house by our cook. Please let us know if have any dietary restrictions, allergies or even food dislikes. Our lodge also has satellite tv, wifi, tables games and fireplace to warm up next to at the end of the day.
