NE Alberta Baited Black Bear Hunt- '26

-6 day baited black bear hunt (Hunting Licenses NOT included in Price.) -non resident Alberta hunting license and non resident bear licenses will be purchased in Fort McMurray upon arrival. ($200 CND) -2 Black Bear tags per hunter -Additional wolf license can be purchased also for $25 CND Hunt Dates -May 17th – 24h -May 24th - 31st Northern Element Outfitters (Kody and Darbi Pritchard) would like to take you on your black bear hunt of a lifetime! We offer a premier remote hunting opportunity for truly giant Black Bears. Our hunting area encompasses a large section of Northeastern Alberta boreal forest and lake land. Fort McMurray acts as our hub when traveling to our camp at Kearl Lake. We have been in operation for 3 years now and the quality of our hunts keeps getting better and better! With a squared hide average of 6ft 11” over the last 3 years and a 18 5/8” skull average. This puts the vast majority of our bears into the Pope and Young record books. You can find colour phase Black Bears within our area but the higher percentage will be Black. We have had clients see as many as 10-12 different bears in a evening which is not uncommon. You will be chauffeured to the stands via quad and sitting by 2pm at the latest. Black bears are generally more active in the evenings allowing for a later hunt start time. All bait sites will be equipped with solid tree stands, backpack pegs and wooden ladders. Tree stands are set 12-14 feet high and no further than 25 yards from the bait. Once settled in sit back and enjoy the true beauty of the northern boreal forest and the giant black bears that call it home. After May 15th fishing season starts and we have a beautiful lake 3 minute quad ride from our basecamp that holds trophy Northern Pike. We have a fishing boat ready to go for you in mornings before heading out on the hunt!
