- 50% of the deposit is refundable.
- Full deposits can be forwarded for a safari at a later date. On rebooking the new pricelist will be applicable.

- The Ph and trackers will make sure if the animal is wounded.
- If blood is found, the animal will be regarded as wounded and all efforts will be exhausted to find wounded animals.
