- La Caminera is an estate with tradition, managed from the passion for hunting of its owner Salvador Sallés Sabater and his family, has managed to maintain the purity of its origins and has evolved with the creation of an exclusive country house Hotel where it offers a Michelin Star gastronomy, Golf Course, Spa-Welness, cultural experiences, wine tastings in our cellar, a private hunters lounge and a private airfield with its own hangar that allows most private jets on the market to land.
- The exceptional orography of Finca La Caminera, with numerous hills of scrubland dotted with holm oaks and chaparros, surrounded by olive groves, makes our estate an ideal terrain for the practice of small game hunting ‘red-legged partridge shooting’, a speciality of La Finca. Our experience and our team will guarantee you the highest quality of shooting and service.

Day 1
Arrival at the hotel in the afternoon. Exclusive check-in with accommodation in a superior room. Welcome drink.
Gastronomic dinner at our MIchelin-starred 2024 Retama Restaurant with beverages included.
Day 2
Start the next day at 8 AM with an excellent homemade breakfast. Followed by a draw for positions and presentation of the secretarial and loading team. The group will then head to the estate for the first drive of the day.
Five drives will take place, with refreshments and tapas between drives.
Enjoy an exquisite countryside lunch at an exclusive location on the estate.
Upon returning to the hotel, we offer free time to relax in our exclusive private lounge, play golf for sports enthusiasts, or indulge in relaxation at our spa.
Evening snack-dinner with a wine and products tasting from La Mancha in our cellar. Then, unwind and enjoy a drink in our cozy lounge.
Accommodation in a superior room.
Day 3
Start the next day at 8 AM with an excellent homemade breakfast. Followed by a draw for positions and presentation of the secretarial and loading team. The group will then head to the estate for the first drive of the day.
Four or five drives will take place, with refreshments and tapas between drives.
Exquisite countryside cuisine in an exclusive setting at the estate.

The 1,000-hectare estate is made up of flat areas (550 m above sea level) and mountain ranges (800 m of maximum altitude) with ravines and watercourses with small winter streams, plains planted with wheat and barley, where the red-legged partridge finds both its food and refuge.
Our estate is located in the heart of Castile-La Mancha, one of the Spanish regions with the longest partridge tradition.
A unique luxury. La Caminera estate has its own airfield with a paved 1,500-m runway, which allows all types of private jets to land and hold your hunts with utmost privacy.
