- Regarding the accommodation our hunting areas include individual and double rooms. Some of our hunting areas also have luxury apartments, spa, sauna, massages room, and cinema. Finally there is also a place for our most pretentious hunters as they may have exclusive needs.

Hunting area Gramatikovo is located in South-Eastern Bulgaria on the territory of Strandzha mountain .
To the south the area borders with Turkey , and with Black Sea to the east. The forest is covered by magnificent oak and beech forests.
Burgas airport is only 95 km from the hunting area , and Sofia is about 500 km away. The relief is hilly, in some places mountainous, with sloping ridges separated by deep ravines. The highest point in the region is - 487 m, and the lowest - only 45 m, near to the river Veleka. "Gramatikovo" covers an area of 31,038 ha, 21,071 ha of which are forests.
The game variety is red deer, wild boar, roe deer, fallow deer, wolf, fox, jackal, woodcock.
