Free range - Red Deer - Slovakia

The area is located in virgin nature approximately 50 km northeast of "Žilina". This area is one of the most famous for its beautiful nature, good deer gene pool and also for the local people and the overall atmosphere of hunting in a real wilderness with local hunters. There is also one of the most famous sights in Slovakia - Orava Castle. You can also visit the famous thermal spa in the mountains, taste local specialties from farmers and get to know the true Slovak culture from ancient times and the museum of the ancient "Kysucká dědina". It is said that those who experience the beauty of the Slovak mountains and nature will never want to go anywhere else. The great wealth of this region is the beautiful forests and the mix of altitudes, so the game has some of the best conditions. Bears, wolves, lynx, wild boar and roe deer live here too. Hunting takes the form of stalking along the trails or waiting with a professional guide. Hunting is mostly in the early morning and in the afternoon/evening at dusk.
