This ecoregion, once known as the Caprivi Strip, is a combination of open grassland and freshwater swamp. It supports an abundance of wildlife including big game species such as Buffalo, Crocodile, Elephant, Hippo, and Leopard.
However, this area also has a vast supply of plains game including Baboon, Red Lechwe, Reedbuck, Spotted Hyena, and Chapman’s Zebra. Hunting in the Zambezi is a 10-14 day experience.

- Import permits and fees required by countries other than Namibia
- Taxidermy fees and dipping, mounting and shipping of trophies
- Insurance and medical expenses of any kind
- International phone calls / faxes
- Hire of rifles and ammunition ($150 per day)
- Optional traveling costs by aircraft to and from Game Lodges
- Transport costs to and from our Caprivi dangerous game concessions
- Transport costs from abroad Namibia and airport taxes
- 15% VAT on daily rates
- Bank charges - $50 per invoice

- No refund of deposit can be made if client cancels safari after confirmation.
- Safari can be re-booked within 3 months of cancellation notice, without forfeiting deposit paid
- All payments must be in cash / credit card / advised method. Credit Card fee of 2.5% is applicable.
