Pyrenean Chamois hunt

The Pyrenean Chamois is with no doubt the bigger of the 2 chamois we have in Spain, in terms of body size and also of Trophy size. We hunt this Pyrenean chamois in one of the best areas we have in Spain, located on Cataluña district, on the Pyrenees Mountains where you can shot trophies up to Bronze medal sometimes even Gold medal trophies. A rifle test is always necessary, so we will make the necessary checks before the hunt. We use to do that on the Ground to make sure the rifle is accurate. We can rent you one perfectly optimized for this hunting with good scopes at very good zeroing. On the first day, the hunt will star after breakfast, at 8h00. We will move in the mountains in 4×4 and we start spotting the best areas where the Chamois use to feed. The hunting can takes only a few hours, or a whole day depending of the chances we can have. The 90% of the hunters take the sizes as trophy like they are looking for. We never shot trophies below the minimum size expected by the hunter. In this area it is possible a combination of this hunting trophy with a Roe Buck, only during the spring (under request) One day 2, if we didn’t take the trophy the first day, we will have the same program as day 1. On the last day, we come back to Barcelona, where the guide will support you for the firearm formalities.
