One of my best all around guided hunting experiences

Where to start? I loved that Tim helped us through every step of preparing for the hunt, from when to apply for tags to what to bring. Our guide, Jeremy, listened to us and honestly cared about making this hunt “Our Hunt”. Loved the cabin. Our hunt fell during the Thanksgiving Holiday, my husband and I joke about it being one of our favorite Thanksgivings. I can’t recommend Linehan Outfitters enough. I have hunted with several outfitters and they are one of my favorites.

I didn’t like that I never caught sight of the Grizzly that left those huge tracks. It would have been a dream come true to glass him off in the distance....way off in the distance.

Montana Mountains At Their Finest

Beautiful country. Sean was a very knowledgeable guide and worked his butt off to put Dad and I on game. They know the mountains in the Yaak, and how to interact with the game. They'll let you hunt in the style you want to.

Didn't fill a tag in the end, but that wasn't their fault. We saw game, our target game, had our chances, just turned into one of those weeks where the stars didn't all align. Still one of my most memorable hunts.

Tim and Joanne run a first class outfit. Have been there 5 times for big game and never disappointed. Always the beat week of my year!

Tough hunting but worth it

Accommodations were great, Sean was a great guide and now friend. Views are second to none. Awesome experience!

Futon in cabin was not the best but after hiking all day it was sufficient. I was unable to bag an animal in 3 years of hunting hard but that's hunting.

Quality Hunt in Fantastic Setting

Truly spent each day searching for game in a very picturesque setting of mountains, large pines and snow. The guides are all top notch and extremely familiar with the area and terrain. They work very hard to try and find the right animal for you. A big plus is that you get to sleep in a comfortable bed in a warm cabin each night but spend the day in remote wilderness that you would expect to find using a much less comfortable tent camp. While I did not harvest a deer, I saw plenty and the experience ranks at the top of my list of hunts.

Weather turned hot, didn't get a bear, our guide Sean was amazing and worked really hard to find us one.

Everyone was very friendly, worked hard, the lunches and snacks were awesome, the cabin was very nice. Liked LOC so much we are going back fishing this summer!

Didn't shoot a bear but that's hunting, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, it was not because of a lack of trying or hard work. Other than not tagging a bear, everything was outstanding.

Everything was perfect!

Cabins were pristine and well stocked. The owners went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t need anything. My guide is the best of the best. I’ve booked a whitetail deer hunt and can’t wait.

Great people

Truly enjoyed the accommodations and the people are great. Encountered a lot if whitetail deer and the area is beautiful. The hiking was not overly difficult and it seemed that they had hunts for any level of fitness.

The down side is that Elk are hard to come by.
