Best Bang for Buck in SA!

Everything pretty much! Our guides were funny, extremely professional, and a great group! The food was fantastic, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the maids were honestly fantastic (my clothes had never been cleaner), and our guides Ulrich & Lezander were the real deal (I've hunted all over the world, but these guys really knew what was up!) The game quality was excellent, and the opportunity to shoot 80 to 300 yards was the best part of the trip! We brought our own ammo from the States to use with their 300win mag (I highly recommend + bringing your own ammo).
We (me and my buddy) went on the off-season ×5 plains game mixed bag hunt each- (zebra, impala, springbok, blesbuck & Wildabeast). The trip total was about $3k USD for 8 days! It's an excellent price, so much so that it's a sponsored hunt by my brand (Cowboy co.) Me and my team of outfitters & Hunter's will be back !!! I have recommended this hunt to anyone I've known thinking about traveling to Africa, and on the next trip, I will be filming because it was nonstop action, hunting from the truck, bird hunting, and spotting every game species in Africa! 10/10 recommend- over a 10 rating in my book! Tagged out everyday!
I'd say the beer not being included and no tvs in the rooms would be my only suggestions.

African Maximum Safaris was an excellent example of everything right in African Safari hunt. Whether going out for first time in search plains game, or your 5th time getting something new and special, they were equipped to make your hunt successful and rewarding!

Well Worth Waiting For

Frankly nothing comes to mind that I feel requires criticsm ,accomodations, meals, staff, location all added to the enjoyment of the experince as well as an abundance of high quality game, The hunt required effort and lived up to the term " hunting" as nothing was a given other than the outstanding effort of my PH & tracker, I could not be better satsified with the results, I would and may very well plan a return trip...as it satisfied on every level
The only aspect of my trip which caused me concern was 100% of my own making. My choice of hunt dates was not ideal as abundance of water and vegitation had a distict impact on animal movements, visibility in locating, evaluating and shot opportunities. however thanks to my PH' & Trackers skills and efforts even that overcome...and I was 100% succesfull

PH worked hard to provide a shot at a great trophy. Provided excellent advice as to the shot to take and precautions need after the first shot.

Jacques and his team are true professionals. The lodge has access to both mountains and plains concessions within two hours or less drive. The variety of game species in the area is unmatched in South Africa. AMS are conservationists first and hunters second.
Breakfast could be more robust.
That’s my only beef!
