Our deer hunts are tailored strictly towards hunting the mature, high scoring bucks. The hunts are a full 6 days and with the extensive use of trail cameras we put you in the right place so you have the best chance at that "Buck of a lifetime", EVERY time you hunt with us. Our average score on bucks taken in the last 3 years is 155 B&C with the largest in the last three years being a 173 inch typical. To date we have taken 4 bucks over the 180 inch mark. We have a very high number of repeat clients. However, if you are interested in hunting a place where YOU know that you will be hunting 160 class or better bucks, then just get in touch with me and I will send you more information. We will have a 145 minimum score for the 2024 deer season. Anything under the 145 inch mark will be subject to a $1500 USD penalty.

Top notch
Guides couldn't be more helpful or courteous and knowledgeable -the food was over the top from home soup to main course to incredible desert-accomodations were immaculate with your own room and comfortable sitting room for TV and new friendship's -equipment was All new or same shape as new (atv,utv, snowmobile) the treestands are all custom made and comfortable you could jump or hang from them and not budge and the outfitter makes this the best hunt you can book for your hunt wether it's bear or deer he gives you his absolute best effort on both -I know this because I did both hunts this year
I wouldn't want the outfitter to know but I had a hard time bringing my gear outside to leave it's too long in life to have to wait for such a great time and such a great outfit.

Lots of deer
Food and service, draw for stand placement, seen plenty of deer , clean personal bed rooms ,
Didn’t see the deer I went for , that’s not outfitter fault , just hunting , big deer just not moving yet .

First Class
Greg and the Crew have a first class operation at Chaparral. Everything was awesome including the accommodations, meals, stands and game. I saw countless deer everyday including multiple bucks. Even though I ate a tag sandwich at the end it was fair chase hunting at its best!! I chose to pass several bucks that will definitely be shooters next year and hopefully will be there when I return. I am booked for 2020 and definitely looking forward to it!!
