Аннуляции

• *Refund Policy*
• All hunts require a 50% deposit at time of booking to reserve your spot in camp and is nonrefundable per the following terms. Remainder is due 30 days prior to hunt.
• If client is doing a one (1) species hunt and is unsuccessful in the draw, after notification, 100% of deposit with be applied to the following years hunt. Client must notify Devils Tower Outfitters within 30 days of draw date if unsuccessful for deposit to be forwarded.
• If client applies for a multi species hunt and is not drawn for one or the other or both, whichever is unsuccessful will be refunded 100% or client may roll over booking to following year. Whichever species is drawn will still be applied for the current season.
• If client dies, 100% refund will be awarded once death certificate is provided.
• If client has an illness/medical condition forcing them to cancel their booking a certified doctors letter will be needed for a full refund.
• Military personnel who receive change of duty or discharge will receive 100% refund upon provided proof of military papers.
• If hunter has scheduling issues due to work or other factors we will do all we can to change your hunt dates for current booking year, if we cannot come to terms, your hunt will be rolled to the following season but no refund will be awarded.
