• Optional: Conservation levy @ $ 10 per animal hunted

• Transfer fee per vehicle from Airport to the Hunting destination @ $ 300 per trip

• Rifle hire and ammunition
• Accommodation and other expenses prior to and after the hunt.
• Medical and Travel Insurance.
• All airfares.
• Trophy fees not listed as included in the hunt.

Аннуляции

• If the safari is cancelled more than 120 days prior to the scheduled safari, the deposit will be refunded, less 25 % administration fee.
• No refunds will be made if a hunt is cancelled less than 120 days prior to arrival. In case of a medical emergency date can be postponed, proof required.
• No refunds on permit fees for animals that require CITES hunting permits, permit fees will be added to the 25% administration fee which is non-refundable
• Bank charges to transfer money to your account will be for your expense.

• If not recovered during the hunt must be paid for in full.
• VAT (15%) to be paid on wounded animals.
