We value the animal population and the genetic diversity within the animals in our areas since we depend on them, by employing multiple local trackers and scouts, by working hand in hand with hunters, local communities and government organizations we preserve and protect the conservation in our areas from illegal poaching and deforestation.
Our camp is located on the edge of a long one-sided canyon. Although quite basic, it serves its purpose, by providing comfort and relaxation. It is located strategically for the sole purpose of spotting Mountain Nyala’s by taking a 10-minute walk from camp to the edge of the canyon where Nyala’s can be spotted browsing in the valley below.
Altitude ranging from 2,500-3,500 meters above sea level
Hunting season: October – June
Rainy season: July – September
Temperature ranging from 33 C to -4 C with fog and sudden downpours.
We advise clients to bring heavy clothing, light clothing for the day time, rain coat and gloves.
There is no problem washing clothes but note is long drying time.
