About this hunt
Our exclusive outfitting area covers over 125000 acres of hunting territory in the Saskatchewan Provincial Forest, 32000 acres of agricultural land, dense bush, and beautiful remote wilderness. Our territory is located 15 miles east of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan and 25 miles west of Mafeking, Manitoba in the heart of boreal forest. Eastern Central Saskatchewan Boreal Forest region has been considered as one of the top destinations in the world for size, numbers and color phase bears. Our area also allows us to have TOTAL access to hunt without the presence and pressure of other outfitters which makes your hunt more enjoyable with a higher rate of success! With this area of Saskatchewan being in prime Black Bear country with its prime food sources, low hunting pressures, great genetics, and limited amount of Black Bear licenses we ensure this area holds a high percent of bears, Boone & Crockett, Pope & Young, and Colored Phased Bears.

Accommodation
We use Fir River Ranch Bed & Breakfast for your accommodations. These majestic cabins are exactly what we call a Hunter’s Haven… The cabin is magnificently finished with pine interior, includes queen size beds, WIFI, Satellite TV, a coffee and tea station, fridge, table and chairs, and large community bathroom. If one chose to not to stay in the main group cabin you have the option of a private room in the main house. FIR RIVER RANCH FULL ACCESS Our guests also have free access to outdoor hot tubs, an indoor sauna, skinning shack, hiking and riding trails, fire pits, rifle/bow site in area, and free laundry. This beautiful ranch has its very own journeyman chef, Audrey. During your stay you will be pampered with 3 delicious hot home cooked meals per day. There are three ways. First and most common drive from home directly to camp. Second is fly into Saskatoon or Regina Saskatchewan rent a car and drive to camp and third option is fly into either location and someone can pick you and and drive You to camp for an additional cost.
