About this hunt
We are pleased to offer baited bear hunts in Quebec hunting zone 10. Zone 10 has one of the highest black bear densities of all Quebec hunting zones. As a result it has enjoyed a full unrestricted spring season for many years. Recently, due to the continued increase in bear numbers, Quebec 's Ministry of Wildlife and Parks has established a fall bear season as well. As a result, it is now possible for a hunter to harvest two bears per year, one bear maximum being harvested in each of the two seasons. In addition to hunting crown land, we have obtained private land owner rights to hunt highly productive fall crop land close by. We view our spring bait sites on a daily basis to be sure of the bear activity, this insures that you are hunting an active bait. We offer very flexible hunt dates to suite your needs and schedule. Let us know when you can hunt and we'll try to work things out to your benefit. A guide service is provided and your trophy will be skinned for a small additional fee. Hunting methods can be gun, bow, crossbow and muzzle loader. Our Black bear hunt is semi-guided hunt (drive the hunter to his stand, bait the site, comeback to get the hunter and is bear). The guide don’t stay with the hunter. The spring Black bear hunting season starts on 15th May, ends on 20th June. The semi-guided Black bear package includes 6 nights/ 7 days and 1x Black bear. Package price per hunter is $2950 CAD.

95% for a bear sighing, whether hunters decide to take a shot at the bear is to the customer’s discretion, 85% success rate. The average size for black bear in the territory is 165 to 225 pounds, the biggest we ever got in the last 10 years are 535 and 455 pounds.

The Log Cabin
The most rustic of all, the Log Cabin has a magnificent view of the lake, located right beside the lodge and can accommodate 9 to 10 people. It has a big living room and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single bunk beds, a queen bed in the other bedroom it has 2 single bunk beds and a single bunk bed over the queen bed. Please see the pictures below. We now have a restaurant and a bar for your convenience .

Camp # 2
This cabins has been renovated last summer it's close to the lodge is equipped with pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, glasses, coffee machine, microwave.. Camps 2 can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people (2 bedrooms per camp). All of the camps have running water that is not drinkable, stove, refrigerator and toilette. We now have a restaurant and a bar for your convenience .
