Great hunt for the price!
Very hospitable, excellent food and accommodations, knowledgeable guides, great equipment, hard working.
This is not a remote ‘fly-in’ hunt so the quality of the animals is good to average. We saw animals almost everyday. I harvested a real nice bull but there where allot of smaller bulls taken. These guys work extremely hard to make sure you fill your tag and don’t go home empty handed. For the money I would book with these guys 2-7 times before I would spend allot of money and take a chance on a so-called “trophy hunt”
Average hunting experience
food & accommodations
low sightings of moose for all the hunters
Excellent hunting experience
Great guide but outfitter was mediocre at best.
Food was good. The cabin was decent but was small for 6 men and guides and cook. My guide was the highlight of trip and I will hunt with him again somewhere.
The 7 mile 4 wheeler ride was terrible getting to lodge. The outfitter didn't like when I gave my meat to my guide who was awesome. Did not see very good moose and no bear permits were available from guide. I didn't pay much for hunt so some of this is not a shock but it sucks after hunting all day and you are beat then a 7-10 mile 4 wheeler ride to lodge on terrible trails. Just my opinion

One of the best hunts I’ve ever went on
Great people, excellent food , excellent hunt
Didn’t like leaving them, they were like family
Great Hospitality, Bad Hunting
Accommodations were nice. The meals were great as well as the cook. The scenery is beautiful. Staff and guides were enjoyable to be around. Scenery is beautiful. ATVs are top of the line and comfortable.
Our guide wasn’t able to provide a single opportunity (no moose observed while hunting). Don’t go in October if possible as other hunters didn’t see much as well but were more successful earlier in the year.
Great Hunt, Great People
The area was remote and the cabin and food were fantastic. Guides were very knowledgeable and worked hard to provide you a great hunt. Good times all week long from beginning to end.
This is what a guided moose hunt should be.
The staff was very professional from the owner, the guides, and the cook. They took the time to personalize the hunt and catered to my needs. They treat you like family.
Better than expected
Family owned outfitter who knows their stuff and the terrain. We ate so much better than expected as well and had great conversations. You take ATV’s everywhere and on some rugged terrain but this added to the fun and authenticity of being out in nature, hunting, and getting the authentic experience. It’s a nice little cabin miles from other people on a lake and stream with electricity, hot showers, and a great view. What else do you need?
Excellent hunting experience
