About this hunt

The perfect hunt for friends and family! All our bear hunts are spot and stalk style, which proves to be the most exciting every time! Spring is when the bears are out, cruising old logging roads or prowling high avalanche chutes and old burns. We will do whatever it takes to get you an opportunity, we utilize 4x4s, ATVs, hiking and glassing, calling, boats or horses to get you to where you need to be. Our bears are typically 6'6" or better with good opportunity for colour phase. Each hunter can harvest up to 2 black bears. Carry a wolf tag in your pocket aswell, you never know when one is going to pop out. This hunt works well for individuals, groups, or young/new hunters as we typically see lots of animals as the forest comes back to life after a long winter. Non-hunting guests are welcome as well. We typically have a maximum of 4 hunters in camp at time unless you have a larger group, then you can have the whole camp to yourselves. Fishing is also at its best this time of year as the open water returns. These hunts are based out of our main hunting lodge located on a private lake, we have many hunters cabins with all the comforts including a heated shower house and sauna. You won't go hungry on this trip either as we have a camp cook preparing home cooked meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spring Black Bear hunts are 5 days long, with a travel day on either end. They can be arranged to be 1 on 1 - one hunter per 1 guide, or 2 on 1 - 2 hunters per 1 guide ($4000 USD per hunter). Non-hunting companions ($250 USD per day)
