About this hunt

Option 4: Kansas / Nebraska Semi - Guided Turkey Hunt...(Archery or Shotgun)… One or Two Hunters …Two Birds - One Kansas / One Nebraska...Arrive Thursday April 28, 2022 After 5PM…Hunt Friday – Sunday … April 29 – May 1, 2022 … Depart Monday May 2, 2022 By 9AM (Three Day Hunt Archery or Shotgun $2200.00 Per Hunter) This action-packed turkey hunt takes place on thousands of acres of private land in Northwest Kansas and South-Central Nebraska. This is home to some of the highest density of turkeys anywhere in the US. If you’re a bow hunter, come take advantage of our early archery only season, which kicks off in Early April. It’s an exciting time of year to bow hunt turkeys, and it’s not uncommon to have long beards strut right into your decoys. We do our homework and will have blinds set in key areas. Gun and Archery Hunts available Mid-April through the end of May. A typical day starts early on a spring turkey hunt in Kansas and Nebraska. After your wake up call, some hot coffee and a light breakfast you’ll be heading to the woods. This can be a fully guided hunt, or if you prefer, your guide will turn you lose to hunt on your own. After your morning hunt get ready to recharge your battery. Because the days are so long, this time of year, we like to have our big meal of the day late morning or early afternoon. All meals are prepared fresh, and you’ll never leave the table hungry. After lunch you can kick back, take a nap, or head right back into the woods for another swing at a long beard. Then it’s back to the lodge for your evening meal, socializing and a recount of the day’s events. You have the option of repeating this process all three days because you can take multiple birds on this hunt (One in Kansas & One in Nebraska) additional birds are a game time decision!!! Our comfortable lodge has five bedrooms, three baths, dining area, kitchen, great room, and a locker room where you can change clothes and store your hunting gear.

Wounding

  • Outfitters & Professional Hunters from around the
  • world have adopted the “Draw Blood” policy. For many logical
  • reasons we have adopted the same policy. Sometimes what
  • appeared to have been a very well placed shot doesn’t produce the
  • results we hope for and can be one of those unfortunate situations
  • that none of us like to see. The bottom line is if you hit & wound an
  • animal, we’re able to find blood, or have confirmed the animal was
  • hit and we’ve made every reasonable effort to recover that animal
  • without success, we will have to consider your tag filled.
