Success rate

I have never quoted a success rate and never will. I am a school teacher who plants food for wildlife and takes photos. If I ever gave a success rate, I would 100% by lying. Photos do not lie.

Territory

My Kentucky deer hunting property I guarantee looks better and is more manicured for quality deer management than most because I do it as a passion, and if I make money, it's a by-product. For nearly 10 years I’ve been working this property to produce the best Kentucky deer hunt for me and my friends possible. This property is manicured year-round for world-class Kentucky whitetail hunting and I leave it alone during hunting season. It's all yours to enjoy with just your private party (2-4 hunters). It is 95% wooded with the other 8+ acres scattered in small huntable kill plots throughout the Kentucky trophy deer property.

This has never been done, but big government over-reacted, with their first instinct being to trust them and they will provide food for you! Who is they? Who is doing the work while they are printing out all of this paper money/cash??? It is disgusting. I pick rocks out of fields and make maybe $2 an hour. I grade papers after hours and make $0 per hour. Why doesn't minimum wage apply to all hard working people? I will tell you why, it is called capitalism! This is a good thing. I will work 100 hours per week in order to earn enough money for what I need.

too many dose per acre to hold quality bucks. Deer not on food plots in October.

Property layout.

Wish we knew that the food plots were useless in October. Stands not set up for archery.

It stinks when a hunter doesn't shoot a trophy. I've owned this property for 10 years with the sole goal to to grow bigger bucks, with the farm next door being owned by my Grandparents and Mom for about 60 years. I spare no expense and probably make around 50 cents an hour...25 cents per hour maybe?.... This is what I do to clear my mind and get some relief from my full-time teaching job at a public school. I like planting food plots, feeding the deer, and making my 60+- apple, persimmons, and pear trees as healthy as possible. You guys have the "hard" job of hunting. Yes, I'm an anti-minimum wage guy. If someone has a job that pays $5 an hour, the free market will sort itself out (assuming the Government isn't giving out fortunes and early retirement money to able-bodied folks).

Talk to the guy. Lots of wildlife. Could have shot 20 deer and turkey, but shot one coyote.

Property is secluded in the middle of nowhere. Year-round food sources clearly makes the difference here.

Bunkbed sucks - cheap mattresses.

No Showers! In All fairness, they are in the sticks.

Wonderful hunting area. Everything was exactly as James explained it. From the stand locations, food plots looking great and corn be provided/baited in advance. Had heat and light despite me would prefer a shower; it's a give and take.

I can't say I "didn't like" anything. I would prefer a shower. There is a creek. I brought a cheap shower bag.

Great Outfitter - Very Professional

Mostly importantly I shot a nice buck. So of course I have good things to say. The property is done to perfection. The food plots offer variety and are obviously being hit by the deer. You have to love well fed deer that visit a known buffet. I think guide services are available but I didn't use them. I used the cabin and went hunting until I bagged my buck.

Great place to hunt

Great deer area. Seen deer every day. The area is secluded and wooded. Not a lot of open farm land which could be a concern for feeding and keeping a healthy deer here. Overall I do prefer hunting in the woods and smaller food plots. The cabin was a typical deer camp with everything you need. We will hunt there again.

It stinks when someone pays good money and does not take home a trophy. All I can say is look through my info, and feel free to ask questions. If you like what you hear, give me a call.
