Alpine chamois (Rupicapra rupicapra rupicapra) - distinguished by its white face and black stripes below the eyes, a white backside and black dorsal strip - found throughout the European Alps; we hunt in Austria and Slovenia. The Chamois are the ballet dancers of the mountain cliff edges, passing up mountain slopes that look inaccessible, leaping from ledge to precipice, balancing on the tiniest of ridges - living their lives in alpine and sub-alpine meadows habitats above the timberline, wintering on steep slopes or flatter forested terrain where snow does not accumulate. • 3 days hunting for one representative Class 1 chamois; Game Fee reduction on ± age class or CIC measurement, see Game Fee rates.

• The Hubertushof is a traditional hotel in a quiet location near the centre of Großarl. It offers a 300 m² spa area and a balcony in every room. • Spa facilities include several saunas, a hot tub, a sun bed, and a modern gym. Various massages are also offered. In summer there is a big garden with a terrace and sunbathing lawn. • WiFi access in all areas, as well as parking, are available free of charge at the Hubertushof. • The restaurant serves traditional Austrian specialities and international cuisine.
