Unser Unternehmen wurde 2014 gegründet und betreibt 5 Reviere.
- I have over 30 years of hunting experience in Greenland, both winter and autumn hunting.
- Our two main products are: winter hunting in the period March 1 to April 10, with a focus on Muskox, combined with hunting of Caribou and small game, and autumn hunting from July to October for both Muskox and Caribou.
- We don't provide luxury service in terms of accommodation and meals, and the trophy hunter participates in the work to fix animals, cook and take care of the camp etc - on the other hand, our prices are very favorable for the hunter who does not want to spend a fortune on a hunting trip.
- Our hunting trips are focusing on the whole experience, so we live in the camp out in the hunting area, and bear hunting as close as possible to an authentic experience, so it's out in the wild and the whole event is held so it's more like hunting buddies who are on hunting together where you share the work, and the animals have a chance.

Arctic fox hunts can be arranged all year round. We do hunt arctic fox on our normal hunts, but these hunts are for the hunter with focus on this little smart fox. Its just about the same size as the snowhare. There are both white and brown Arctic fox, and both change to a thinner summer fur with more greyish colors, but are also very beautifull. If you want a completely single colour white or brown, then it's best to come from the start november until the end of april. Young foxes from the summer are full size in november, but can have slight grey hair in the fur. Ravens are part of the package, and are also available all year round. From August through early September Canada geese can also be hunted. Snowhare appear 1/8 through 30/4, ptarmigans from 1/9 through 30/4, and great northern singer and a few other birds from 1/9 to mid september. Before you arrive we will prepare the hunting spots with baits, and depending on time of year the hunting transport will be car/boat/snowmobile/walking. Arctic foxes are smart and easy to scare, so its almost not possible to sneak up on them, so the best hunt is vaiting in hiding for them at feeding places, and along the coastline where they patrol every morning and evening, and also in night during summer. We shoot them at around 100 meters with a cal.17 with bipod, and full metal jacket ammo, and we usually only get one chance pr fox. So it is recommended if you bring your own small rifle that you know and can hit precise with. If you can hit a 5 cm target at 100 meters, then its pefect. All hunts are arranged specially for each coming group, depending on the time of year, hunting method, lodging etc. On arrival day we depart to the hunting area, and start the hunt same evening, thereafter there are 3 full hunting days, we return to the town in the evening of the last day.

Camp
Our hunting camp is next to a big lake in the south side of the concession area, right where the best hunting in the area starts. The camp is smaller tents, since its not cold yet, and most cooking etc is done outside. There will be 1 guide per 2 hunters, and there will be some work with cutting meat, salting and drying meat, skinning and preservation of trophies, and different camp work. So it's necessary that everybody helps out so that the guides have time enough for everything. We bring normal food, breakfast products, bread and cold meats, and we eat the meat from the animals we shoot, with potatoes and rice etc. After the hunt you stay at Kangerlussuaq Youth Hostel as included in the price.

Summer Camp
Our hunting camp is on the north side of the concession area next to a lake, in the middle of the best hunting terrain for both Caribou and Muskox. The camp has a big heated kitchen tent and smaller sleeping tents. In the kitchen tent there are tables and chairs, cooking facilities and all you need for a comfortable stay. Arctic char fishing is available. There will be 1 guide per 2 hunters, and there will be some work with cutting meat, salting and drying meat, skinning and preservation of trophies, and different camp work. So it's necessary that everybody helps out so that the guides have time enough for everything. We bring normal food, breakfast products, bread and cold meats, and we eat the meat from the animals we shoot, with potatoes and rice etc. After the hunt you stay at Kangerlussuaq Youth Hostel as included in the price.

Winter Camp
Our camp is a large cabin out in the hunting area, older and primitive, but heated and comfortable. Winter sleeping bags are included. Transport from Kangerlussuaq to hunting camp is with with snowmobile and/or ATV. The catering is plain food, oatmeal with milk, bread and cold cuts, freeze-dried food for dinner if we are not near the camp, hot food in the evening where we mostly eat any meat from slaughtered animals, reindeer and musk steaks, tea and coffee. We can enjoy a whiskey or two in the evening, but not during the hunt and not large quantities. After the hunt you stay at Kangerlussuaq Youth Hostel as included in the price.

Anreise
When you fly here, then you travel to Copenhagen airport in Denmark, from there you fly with Air Greenland to Kangerlussuaq in Greenland, where we pick you up at the airport. It is possible to fly over Keflavik in Iceland to Nuuk and then Kangerlussuaq. But it can give some problems with delays and luggage, and the price is almost the same. So we do not recommend that route. Even thow is possible to fly direct over Copenhagen, its more safe to stay overnight in Copenhagen, and if you come from far away like the US, then 2 nights is better. Its up to you to get here on the correct date. You must bring your home country hunting permit and/or weapons permit.This is required by the hunting adminstration. When bringing your own hunting rifle you also need to bring the weapon papers for that rifle to show at check on with the Airlines. Check in with hunting rifle at AirGreenland takes about 30 min extra because of paperworks, and the weapon has to be handed over at a special counter. But this is not complicated to bring a hunting rifle.

Quality trophy hunt.
Guides were very knowledgeable of the area. There was a lot of game and trophy quality animals.
The food was sub par. We ate the same thing every day. I was unaware of the exchange rate between US dollar and Denmark currency. This added an extra 800+ dollars to my trip. Also the cost that the outfitter charged to ship my trophies from Greenland to Denmark seemed higher than the actual cost of shipping. Once an animal is down the guide takes it back to camp. It’s the Hunter’s responsibility to take the trophies out of camp at the completion of the hunt. This hike is extremely difficult and not suited for most hunters. Or you can pay the outfitter. This can be very pricey. The reason why they charge to get your trophies out is because most Foreign hunters do not tip. American hunters tip so there is a bit of confusion. What I did learn is if you pay the guide to take your trophies out the fees that they charge is their tip. I carried my trophies out myself and tipped due to the confusion

This was a very unique and good experience. If you want a Muskox, I doubt you will find a better opportunity with such a high success rate at such a good price. Four of us came and all collected a nice bull within the first two days. There were some very old bulls and an incredible number die here of old age. In two days of actively hunting them, we saw about 30 bulls. That said, the habitat quality is apparently not as good as some other areas so a true giant will be hard to find, but if a good representative of old age makes you happy, you can’t go wrong with Erik. All of our bulls were SCI bronze level trophies. After getting our bulls, we ice fished for cod and caught about 60, so they are plentiful and fun to catch on hand lines. I also collected fox, hare, and ptarmigan and found a pile of caribou sheds. The small game hunting was actually more physically demanding than the muskox because the muskox are lower on the hills, where other game takes some uphill climbing. The cabin was small and somewhat crowded with 4 hunters and 4 camp staff and guides, but not uncomfortable. It was plenty warm in below zero temps. The food is very basic, but plentiful. The scenery is fascinating, the camp comfortable, and game plentiful. Erik is very well organized and has good, reliable equipment. The camp staff did a good job, and our guide (Martin) was excellent. Even when back in town, Erik kept you comfortable and fed at no extra cost. You just can’t beat it for overall success and value. I highly recommend this hunt as a great adventure at a price most anyone can make happen if you have your heart set on a Muskox!
Getting to Greenland takes some extra effort and expense. The only way there from the U.S. is through Copenhagen, then on to Greenland. So it adds extra days and extra air fair. You should also add an extra day on each end in case of airline delays. BUT Copenhagen is a beautiful, friendly, extremely clean and interesting city with great food and great pubs, so take the opportunity to see it! It is also pretty expensive to get your trophy back due to shipping costs, permits, etc.
Amazing, successful hunt!
Erik was quick to respond to all questions, met us at the airport, was very accommodating and helpful pre/during/post hunt. We had a very successful fall hunt. Martin, our guide, knows the area very well and how to hunt them, and Daniel was an active and very helpful apprentice. He works hard, was very attentive to our interests, and made sure we had opportunities on plenty of animals. We were lucky and both got musk ox the first day, nice caribou on the second and third days and had plenty of opportunity for birds/small game as well. A lot of hiking around the area, so be prepared for that on the non-winter hunts. We got to help with much of the process, skinning, gutting, cutting meat, and packing it all, of course. Grateful for the weatherproof kitchen and sleeping structures, as it did rain, and was a bit cold. Plenty of food for breakfast and dinner. The musk ox meat was good, but caribou is delicious! First time on a guided hunt, and it was an amazing experience!
Early Sept the mosquitoes are gone, but there are biting flies. Bugs drive me nuts, but they weren't that bad, any gloves will be effective. I hardly got any bites on my head.
